The company was dreamt & nurtured during the years of pandemic. Eventually it took shape in beginning of 2023, when the economy shredded it’s gloominess & started shining with hope. The owner & founder of the company is an energetic, vibrant, passionate & daring personality, who took up the challenging task of launching this business at the age of 50 plus, before serving various companies of repute in the segments of pharmaceuticals, Medical equipment's & surgical for more than 28 years. He hailed from a middle class family which believed in simple living & high thinking. He himself started his career from grass root levels & rose to the level of national sales & marketing manager accruing every possible experience of a good business. A lot of homework & research has been in place before selecting the three sales verticals. Similarly, utmost care was given to select the mode to operations, targeted customers, business policy, sales marketing & promotions, dispatches & delivery and last but not the least customer relationship

The Company has an unique name “Dus-Midas Medics™” Meaning 'the wizard which turns everything it comes in touch with, into gold'. The colours of the logo signifies sacrifice, strength, courage, vastness, vibrancy, growth, truthfulness & clarity. The rising sun & tender leaves signifies fertility ,eco friendliness & continuous adherence to knowledge

Mission - To become an emerging vibrant enterprise in all the three sales verticals, viz. Surgi- care, Pet care & Medi care. To stand apart from the crowd by offering quality product, good price, value added service & ever lasting relations.

Dus-Midas Medics™ is a trading house, we are not the manufacturer
Dus-Midas Medics™ will try to ensure smooth inventory of featured products
Dus-Midas Medics™ will operate on B2B business model
Dus-Midas Medics™ requests all its channel partners to fill up a simple kyc before placing orders to create a customer id
Dus-Midas Medics™ accepts orders through email, whatsapp (no verbal orders please)
Dus-Midas Medics™ will process the order received & prepare a pro-forma invoice
Dus-Midas Medics™ will initiate the order only after receiving the advance payment
Dus-Midas Medics™ accepts 50% of the invoice value in advance on dispatch of pro-forma invoice, remaining 50% of the invoice value has to be paid before dispatch of the consignment.
Dus-Midas Medics™ will dispatch the consignment through the logistic partners at the earliest, as soon as the payment is received in full
Dus-Midas Medics™ payments can be made through NEFT, QR code scan, & on any UPI mode
Dus-Midas Medics™ do not encourage stock dumping, so goods once sold will not be taken back unless there is any packaging damage or technical issues
Dus-Midas Medics™ will try to settle any disputes (if arises) amicably, however in legal proceedings the jurisdiction will be Kolkata
